Not normally a fan of those bright interiors, but the suede looks great and tones it down a bit, well done.

Probably a silly question, but where will your aircon controls go with your new fascia?

Good question, I don't know....... I don't want to be able to see them so I'd say they mite end up in the console. As I don't use the A/C much im prepared to put up with a little inconvenience to get the look I'm after.

Awesome job mate, just an idea with the placement of your HVAC controls.
How about you get the little flip cover that you find below the Calais and HsV headunits, paint it the same black as the facia, somehow under the flip up lid mount your HVAC controls under there so when you close the lid it's all hidden.

I like that idea but do you know if I have to change anything to make the flip thing fit?

I'm not 100% sure on that as I've never looked into it, you wouldn't want the whole thing anyways, all you will need is the door and hinge system, but it might be worth starting a new thread on here to get some people who may have done it, in the meantime I'll have a little dig around for you, done right I think it will turn out excellent and look stock..

Something like this will fit into yours, obviously you will cut out all of the lighter socket part and make your controls fit somehow but i think it could be done.

Will be keen to see how you go with it, I've just added a DVD player to mine as I got a SSV Head unit given to me so I put that it, I'm just at the stage of re doing my system, I've got a 13.5 inch JL in the boot and a 4 channel amp, but I'm changing the amp to a high powered 5 channel and looking around for some decent front speakers/splits, I've got pioneers all round now but I doubt they will cut it..

Your car looks tops, you definantly should be proud to drive it
