    Mounting Bolts for VE Brembos

    Hi all,
just purchased some Redline Brembos that were fitted to a car but never used as the wheels did not fit. Problem is he fitted the mounting bolts up and kept them on the car. Can you purchase these from Holden or elsewhere for that matter? Hanging to get these fitted and do away with the crappy OEM brakes. Any ideas??

    Hi How's it going,

I am guessing you bought them off me. Easiest thing to do is go to economy bolts in dandenong and get 4 grade 8 bolts that fit into the caliper. I am certain they are m14's as you have to drill out your knucle to fit them to a 14mm hole.

If you go there though they will just find a bolt that thread's in nicely they will know what their looking for.

Only thing i can't help you with is the length but 40mm does sound right for length.

    Cheers

Ok thanks Lachlan. I will check them out. Not overly keen on going through Holden as they will charge the usual premium...

    No Worries,

Grade 8 bolts aren't that cheap but they will definetely be a hell of a lot cheaper than holden.

You can get them through the dealer. I offered to get them for the guys if they had trouble sourcing them or if their local dealer wasnt kind with them. Let me know if you have any troubles.
