A MAN last night fled the scene of a crash which was the result of a street drag race between two cars in Perth's southern suburbs.
Just after midnight the two cars, driven by a 26-year-old man and a 30-year-old woman, were racing on South St, near Stock Rd, O'Connor, when one of the cars clipped the other.
This sent one of the cars into the retaining wall of a furniture shop, which police said received 'significant damage'.
A third vehicle, which was not involved in the suspected illegal racing, became caught up in the crash, and the 51-year-old driver and two passengers were conveyed to hospital for treatment of minor bruising and shock.
Neither drivers of the cars involved in the race were seriously injured. Police said no charges have yet been laid.
Anyone know if this is a forum member?

Running from the scene is the done thing isn't it , it worked Here
Hardware (n): The part of the computer that can be kicked
The other car was a silver VE SV6? (couldn't see SS badges on the side on tv news) which ended up with the front left corner torn off it.
as if the Sv6 would of kept up with the clubby.... just seems like neither of them could drive, came unstuck and got fuked up..... serves them right, least no one was seriously hurt.
640rwhp of pure awesomeness
i would take this with a grain of salt before everyone jumps on these victims - remember the MEDIA said they were racing...
it could have just been a sv6 with a muffler doing three kays over the limit - in the media's eyes this would be an act of reckless hooning
