VE SS Drift Ute.

Great night at QR for round 1 of the Short Track Series. Nick got 2nd place in the VE SS Drift Ute. It was awesome to see this big V8 getting thrown around like a nibble little Gazzel. Looks like small tracks arnt going to be an issue with the VE.

Hey guys thought I would put up some more pics of the VE SS Drift Ute at our last event in Stanthorpe Qld on the weekend. Qualified equal 2nd for the day & finished 6th over all. Hope you enjoy

Thanks mate The 32 skyline is also ls powered. Injected Ls1 with 8 throttle bodys. Looks & sounds awesome.
We had round 2 of Queensland Raceways Short track series last night, Another 2nd place but in the finals he came in way to hot & bined it into the concrete barriers

Surprisingly not a great deal. A wheel that is totaled, a bent lower control arm & a little bit of Pride
He very rarley Bins it & you only have 2 options when throwing 1500kg sideways. The wall or the other car. If he chose to hit the other car it would have done more damage to both cars.

Shame you didn't come to Tassie. We are here at the moment, the track looks fairly difficult. Would of been great to seen the 2 utes battle.

Yes Nick it would have been great. just the logistics to get there was a nightmare & the cost We will be at round 2 at Calder though

Hey Guys, Fantastic news. The DriftKid has been Invited to compete in the Tectaloy International Drift Challenge at Eastern Creek In August. This is in conjunction with World Time Attact. Only the best Of the best have been invited from Australia & New Zealand & just to mix it up a little they have invited one of Japans most exciting team's to compete....Team Orange will be battling it out to see who is the best.

Well the VE SS Drift Ute just took out its 1st Drift sereies. Who would have thought a VE would take the top spot amongst all the japanese Drift cars. Well done to the whole team & Driver Nick Coulson.



This is a pic of the track. They start way up the back & come in at speeds of 130+ & then transition into the Drift.
