Is 12.5 ltr per 100km good for a stock vx manual ss

Good stuff, hey it sounds like you do a fair bit of driving and a tune will save you
some cash on fuel and it will be like driving a new car also.

I hope so, hope is livens it up if feels abit slow to me, when I'm moven it's great but take offs seem abit gutless lol! May try and get a new clutch at the same time, should be able to give it a bit more off the line!

Get a set of 3.9 diff gears also mate, you may as well spend a little money on it and enjoy it, it does not cost as much as buying a new car
