My pick is for car 2 HRT

My tip is HRT won't make it to lap 2. Certainly not been a front row car this year so will probably be back in the lower part of the top 10 at best and get taken out by another car. Here is hoping anyway. Lowndes will be strong as always.

They are the fastest cars on the track. Thats not even exagerating, they do have a higher top speed.

I say, Go Jamie.....but I also say, ya can never rub out HRT, particularly Garth.....he is always VERY determined....and a VERY good driver.

I reckon the other HRT car is a top 5 chance too.
McConville is a good steady pedaller who can get the car back in one piece for Courtney to finish.

Murph always finds speed at the mountain too.

Any number of cars could do it, but would have to have the speed almost all day long nowdays.

I would like Lowndes to win but I do not think his co driver is as good as Dumbrell or Richards.

I think the winner will be either Frosty or Whincup.

Sure is gonna be an extra good weekend for those going to the mountain.

For the rest of us there is extra TV coverage - 22 hrs of it.

Qualifying on Friday arvo can't come soon enough.

There apparently is 72 cameras in 12 cars plus the 42 on track cams + others......162 cams total.

I sure hope the FPR cars in their 1977 livery don't come in 1-2 .... we'll never hear the end of it.
