    Cool Tim's 07 WM Caprice

    Hi All,

New guy here, couldnt see an area to introduce myself so I'll do so while throwing up some pics of my newly acquired 07 WM Caprice

    About me:

Tim, Brisbane, 35, odds are anyone who knows me probably recalls me being a bit of a dickhead in the past when is came to Holdens (never missed an opportunity to sling shit, playful or otherwise). Up until now I've owned nothing but Jap stuff and as many do, I eventually grew out of it and moved on.

When I found myself on the market I was looking at both domestic and euro, large medium and small vehicles. I took the WM for a test drive and it ticked every box, there was just nothing better on the market that could offer what it had, so much to the amazement of family and friends I'm now the proud owner and am eating my share of humble pie.

    About the vehicle:

07, 6.0L V8 (L98 is the code I'm pretty sure, happy to be corrected if wrong)
120k kms, ex-company car from western qld.
Dealership did the wheels/lowering/rear muffler delete
    Paid $26.5k

Plans - not much really, enjoy it for the time being. eventually exhuast, otr, tune... and maybe (a long way away) a cam upgrade

Personalised plates (same as my username) are already ordered and in the post on the way

    Here's some pics

    Anyways, see you all around

Looks good. Those rims are different, in a good way. Who makes them?

These links should give you the info on the wheels

Timy - I am loving the instant throttle response. The delivery in this is a lot more linear, unlike the last car which was lag... lag... lag... lag... boost. Overall it doesnt pull as hard, but I couldnt care less, Its comfortable, sounds great, and plenty of support and know-how for them gives me peace of mind knowing that when I'm ready, upgrades wont be a headache
