Karma's a bitch. I remember a similar situation with Giles Villnerve and Didler Peroni in early 80's. Peroni had serious accident a few weeks after and never raced again. He was then killed a few years later in boating accident....

F1's rich guy says Vettels car was not turned down as much as webbers http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/for...an-Vettel.html
When everything's coming your way, you're in the wrong lane.
Pffft.
If you think Vettel is the "best" driver in the field then you don't know much about current F1 drivers.
What Vettel is is a good driver in the best car. He also has a wingman in Helmut shooting Webber down at any and every opportunity, and a team mate that seems to suffer an extraordinary number of car issues compared to his more fancied team mate. How many KERS issues can one man have!
Things that make you go hmmm...
One thing that many don't factor in is that Vettel is virtually a lightweight midget compared to Webber. Mark's height compromises aero and centre of gravity compared to Vettel, whereas his extra weight from his height reduces the amount of ballast they can move around the car to more "ideal" locations.
One thing I'd like to see is a test for the two drivers having to set up the cars without ANY outside intervention or being able to see each others data. It's an area I reckon Webber would absolutely SMASH Vettel in once they did a few timed laps. Webber's done the hard yards to F1, whereas Vettel's virtually come straight from school into it.
He is no doubt a quality driver, but I have my doubts on the technical ability.
Look elsewhere Mark, if you want to continue seems you only have one backer, and he may drop you for one of the other contenders it seems.

yeah mik, a joke but in fact what should be occurring. the story is right Horner has no control over Vettel. It would actually make some sense to do that, but its Vettel to win at all costs I guess. Would be surprised if Horner had said to Vettel to ignore him privately if that call came.

Oh My FAAARK**ng GODFATHER... Marks car fails to get back to pits in Q2.... I have had a gut full of this Red Bull crap - not enough fuel - but no problem "Mark we are going to quarantine the bowser and fix the problem" - too late but I guess gets some separation from vettel on the grid right?
Just read that Mark has been excluded from qualy for fuel issues. Apparently the fuel rig had issues (hence the stop in Q2) and didn't deliver enough fuel. Once they got the car back to the pits, the officials could only get 150ml of fuel out of the tank instead of the required 1 litre. Straight to the back of the grid!!

mmm would have preferred to see him in a Red car for one more year and beating Vettel in F1 (should have been in a red car this year, they are doing well)
Spoiler:Not the best weekend for Webber, was doing well up to 10th until crashing got back to the pits, going back out then loosing the rear wheel. Now a 3 place penalty next race for the crash...

He's got fair few months left at RBR. Time to settle up some scores, both on & off the track, before he leaves (accidentally of course).
The accident with Vergne was disappointing, Mark was flying up until that point. Vergne was so wide into that corner it was like he was allowing Mark through...
