It's a stroked LS2 (cos the block was stronger) fitted with a yet to be released HTV 2800.
Very interesting.
Wondering what way they are going with the engine, dedicated LSA, or a 2300 whacked on top of a LS3. Time will tell.

I thought that all of the N/A blocks were of similar strength!
Surely they would just use a regular production LSA motor, especially with the current exchange rate!

if the drive article has an element of truth, I think HSV is silly to be offering engines with four different power figures
they should only have two - 340kW for the Clubsport, Senator and Grange and 430kW for the GTS
