What the hell has a Chevy rep got to do with anything? We're in Australia and we don't have Chev ZR1 etc. If we did we still can't put 3 car seats or 5 adults in it can we, so i guess that leaves us with a GTS.

I reckon your taking the piss seriously.......... I don't care how good a driver you think you are, or how much you drive to the cars "limits". If someone blows through a red light and t-bones the shite outta you, WTF can you driving within the limits do? That car is going to hit you and it's going to hit hard, more fool you if you'd rather be in your busted arse LS1 than a modern 5 star car with all the safety features including side impact and curtain airbags, side intrusion and very high strength steel bracing.

Everyones entitled to their opinion but really i can't fathom how a so called car enthusiast or someone with apparently so much experience on the road in different cars can dribble so much garbage.

Accidents happen, real world proves it doesnt make a difference at high speed, it is what it is, if you cant step outside your front door without fear of getting behind the wheel, I suggest you dont drive at all and walk imho

Hi Everyone, I just got off the line with a rep from Holden as I had some questions about the SSV Redline that im looking to order. If you order the car in White, the Accents and Rims around the car come in Gloss Black, which is pretty cool. The lady i was speaking to also was trying to convince me to go the lip spolier over the Wing. She referred to the lip as "classy" I'm still on the fence about that. I really like the look of the wing on the white car.

Also customer orders apparently go into full production late next week. Cant wait to get into my first V8

Order in today for a black VF Calais V V8 with cream leather trim on novated lease

They are saying mid July delivery but may be earlier if they can "hijack" one on the production line to swap the interior trim.

Will be stretching the budget more than I really want to if I go the redline
