That will have to do until someone gets one on a hoist or has a smaller camera than a D800! It won't fit under the middle. You cannot really see but the spare wheel tub is truncated to fit the subframe. Looks to be about 150mm or more. I have asked HSV if it is possible to make access into the space that is left for storing stuff. Maybe never use it but who knows, at the moment it is a 70% wheel sized void with no use.
You know that, I know that, just about everyone on here knows that. The driver didn't. He does now.
I know colour is a very personal thing but the blue Clubbie SV I have seen didn't do anything for me. Apparently it is very close in colour to the mean Bluey (sic) but I think the combo of that blue, yellow, black, almost black and chrome is too much colour variation. Just me of course. I also think there are some colours (Simon's car for example) where you NEED the larger spoiler because it obviously suits better but the three I have seen now in white and silver (other than mine) seem to me that the SV spoiler is a better option.

^ agreed on personal preferences etc, just lucky good ol HSV offers some variations to help us along....i reckon they all look great... Red, white, black, blue, silver, SV wheels, large or small spolier... I really havent seen the other colours but I still like them all

Hmmm Simon's report appears to be overdue!
It had a sold sticker on it this morning.
Found this on the Perfect Blue, since most are bagging it, and no I am not hung up on that
I ordered it for a number of reasons, like being different to the standard red, white, black, silver (having had 2 reds & a black in the past) and the mid life crisis thing I mentioned earlier...might be corny, but I am in that peak Brock fan age bracket and unlikely ever to own a real Bluey, anyway...
Perfect Blue is a fresh take on a colour used by Brock in the 1980s ...
THE fifth anniversary of Peter Brock's death has triggered a surprising tribute from Holden.
The Holden hero known as Peter Perfect is being commemorated in a new hero colour for the company's top selling Commodore. Perfect Blue is a fresh take on a colour used by Brock in the 1980s when his HDT Special Vehicles operation was at the peak of its powers and he was still a regular winner at Mount Panorama. It was sprayed on the HDT SS Commodore in 1984 and has been reworked for 2011 with metallic highlights as part of a limited-run colour program that began with a bright gold called Tiger.
"We've been doing hero colours, particularly on sports models, for a number of years. They're obviously attractive to customers that want something different, something a bit more extroverted," Holden's colour expert Sharon Gauci says. "We designed Perfect Blue around Peter Brock's colour. We went back to the archives and this was perfect."
Brock was killed on September 8, 2006 when he lost control of his car during a road rally nearly Perth in Western Australia.

Good question, that is one of the important aspects of the car, & well worth looking at. When you see it, the cooling, coolers, plumbing etc AND the Kenworth Truck sized diff, you'll really see where some of HSV's R & D has gone.
Cheers, Pickles.
NB:..I don't mind that blue colour either.
