Thanks mate. Orrrrrr.... Find a GTS owner willing to order one through HSV spares for you!

Picked-up this morning! Done a grand total of 11kms (including the 4kms it had on it already) so not much to say at this stage!

First impressions are that it feels like a big step up from the VE, lots of learning to do with the toys & gadgets, sounds better than I expected (but still too quiet) ... very happy so far though!

I'll stick up some better pics when i get a chance!

Thanks mate ... most likely full, but I'm not 100% sure yet. I gather catback only doesn't give the same noise as a full system.

the catback I have on my VE gives a reasonable amount of noise. I haven't done a back-to-back comparision with a full system.

The HSVs look very boring in white though. The body kit is thankfully very subtle compared to the E2 and E3, but I think it looks very plain in white.

Funny, I don't. Maybe you should drive one, it's not boring there...

I have no doubt they're not boring to drive, but I wasn't commenting on that. I just don't go much on the looks in white.

Headers and cats added approx 5% louder noise, but changed the type of sound that came out the back end. IMO you would go headers and cats for the change in note, not the small increase in noise level.

You get to like rear aspect of the car after while. I think if the car had of came out with a shape that every one liked it probably would age faster. A shape that takes a little while to get use to seems to stay more contemporary over time. Not in all cases though if its a bad design and just god awful ugly no amount if time will help it lol.
