Not sure if the request for more GTS pics included more of my white one but anyway here are a couple I took today on the farm.
Being on the farm gave me a chance for a little more experimentation. Put the transmission into "Sport" with the EDI in "Sports" and did a 0 - 100 sprint. I was surprised that there was quite a bit of wheel spin right through 1st gear on dry coarse bitumen. Definitely doesn't do that in normal Drive. Since it was only timed with a phone stop watch to 100 on the speedometer, which I suspect of being wildly optimistic, the time isn't relevant though it was a little faster than the HSV claim. More reason to doubt the speedometer accuracy. Need to put a separate GPS in the car and do a comparison. The other thing I did was use torque vectoring on a well-known corner. Relax it is a private road so no grannies were hurt in testing (she was on the other farm). After a couple of goes and more confidence the rear end pushes the front around the corner. Not hint of understeer at all once the power is on. And the cornering speed was quite a bit higher than without torque vectoring. It works! Seen some nice numbers on the g meter too.
