Love AMMO vids. Larry seems to know his stuff. Check out the black 911 GT3 detail as the car has a "clear bra" and is used for track/ fast street.

LSA....A GREAT rear window sticker......Gotta remember "THE MAN", who would absolutely LOVE this car. I can see him doing some ballistic (or as Peter would have said "Having a red hot go!)driving in one of these in a Targa event etc.....How good would it be to see that?

That blue is really growing on me but only in certain models and in 5he gts im surprised how well it works. If anyonr is ever after extra detailing tips for your personal cars def watch all the vids by ammo nyc his work is amazing. Bit of my go to guy as I love detailing cars and if I ever have something I havent seen before this guy generally has the answers he is now thr offical bugatti detailer in America. Sorry to go off topic.

They really need bigger wheels. Be great if you could fit a set 305 tyres on the rear.

Bigger or just wider? The tyres (particularly the rear) are in shadow in those shots. All I have to say is more pics please!

I reckon just wider I dont like going bigger than 20inch because of the lack of decent tyres

    Re: Supercharged HSV?

Hard to say with rears, 275's are not small.... Wonder if there would be any real world benefit of going wider..... They would be massively expensive, and the car drives exceptionally well as is

    You are 1000% correct.
If the car needed bigger tyres, IN ALL CONDITIONS, HSV would've fitted 'em.
Always makes me laugh, on the C63 forums as well, ..."gotta have bigger tyres on the rear"???!!! Well, if all ya're interested in is acceleration, IN A STRAIGHT LINE, yes, maybe a bigger tyre might give ya a fraction of a second improvement, but,.......at what what cost to general handling & driveability, cornering etc, in all sorts of conditions, that are encountered in everyday driving?
I say that HSV have "done their homework" with the GTS. So, I say, if ya wanna fit bigger rubber for more maybe marginally more traction in a straight line, then go for it. I also say that with that bigger rubber on the rear, you will encounter greater understeer in some conditions, & also some "unbalance".
HSV did a lot of R/D on this car. Ya wanna change it, ya know more than HSV?....well go for it? I wouldn't.
    Cheers, Pickles.

    Re: Supercharged HSV?

I was mainly thinking of the stance more than anything just a thought experiment plus recalibrated traction control with a modded engine of 500kw or so and 305 tyres would allow the traction control to stay off for longer. Like with 900nm+ of torque you get wheel spin in 3rd and 4th gear and that ultimately limits power to the ground.

Yep agreed.... Can't say any more really!! Except throttle control..to improve speed... Instead of plant it and hope

    Re: Supercharged HSV?

The GTS has excellent traction. Not sure if it is the Continentals or the rear set up or a bit of both.
