Any sunroof problems or issues fitted to a VF HSV R8

Hi Guys
I have just purchased a VF HSV R8 and thinking about fitting a sunroof Hollanda 700 to it.
Does anyone know of any problems or issues in this type of sunroof being fitted to the car ( a bit nervous about them cutting a hole in the roof)

You can have the sunroof in my Calais V, I don't use it. How are you with a TIG?
Jokes aside, if it was me, I wouldn't be doing it, it won't be factory anymore.

Not sure if they (HSV/Holden) will warrant the car, could be wrong though.

I had a Hollandia 900 fitted to my GenF R8SV Tourer (no factory option) by Prestige in Melbourne -they have done a few of my cars now.
I know they fit stiffeners in the roof as part of the installation. Suggest going to someone who is doing a Holden and see what they do - compare.
Pleased with job.
(900 for wagon due to wind buffeting with 700)

With all the mod cons in cars now you don't need one.
It begs to the imagination why you would ruin a late model car with 'a leak waiting to happen' modification anyway.

Ive got a sunroof in my car and I like it. I use my windows and sunroof more than I use my aircon! Aircon sucks vital power thats all important for the traffic light GP

Yes I too had a sunroof in my last r8 and I loved it. Now I don't have one and I still can't get used to having no opening above me....weird I know but I am always reaching up even now.
