Just picked up my new toy on Saturday...

Turbine Grey

All books / service history

Only 60 manuals were built in series 1 and only 5 of them were turbine grey.

There were 58 autos built.

Only modification is the lowered springs. The original springs came with the car.

Turf the C4 cam & install a nice stealthy one in it's place/possibly a new set of lifters too & voila a very solid Ls1
PS: Btw lucky UT is not frequenting much or there would be a maff/maffless argument too!

Do yourself a favour and pick up a couple of new reservoirs for the power steering and coolant. Can readily find them on ebay.
It's amazing how well they bring up the engine bay when they're not discoloured.

Even the brake one if you're really keen but easiest to replace that when the fluid needs flushing

Thanks for the comments....the plan is to keep the car standard with the exception of changing out the cam due to the common issue with the C4B cam. I have the original springs as well and may put them back in if the quality of ride annoys me too much.
