I was advised today that the MY16 Clubsport would have 400kw? I thought us Melbournites should have more kw due to the cooler weather and not less?

no surprise there, that's what I have said since day dot, bar maybe a change to some super dooper shadow chrome badge change. HSV are so predictable

It's called progress.

Actually, the progress has been so slow, that most Australian car buyers have already converted to imported models. This should have been out 10 years ago!
