Thanks guys looked at the redline black rims & they don't seem to sit right in many colors, though happy with the SSV.

I originally ordered my Ute in white and after a few days changed the order.

Now I see how good Micks looks I’m starting to wonder if I’ve done the right thing.

This is something I am really curious about. How do you go with handbrake starts Mick when it's a bloody button?

My wife drives a renault with elec handbrake and it is fantastic. Works as a hill hold.
You can have the handbrake on and the moment you touch the accelerator it automatically turns off.
I would assume holden would be the same, but could be wrong

Yes I found out it's HSA! Hill Start Assist & it does auto disengage on uptake in the M6.

The vents are a nice touch, what models are they on?

I like the 'Power bulge' in the VF's , you could accentuate it quite nicely to accommodate a whipple

The bonnets are light as on these things you practically have to drop them to close! The vents appear on SSV & Redlines.
Just took it for a hours drive down the freeway, effortless motoring & loving this engine/drivetrain too!

That is how it works in our Captiva. Have often wondered how effective they are if you have a brake failure on a steep descent though.

Actually that's a good question. You're always taught that if your brakes fail, to reach for the handbrake.........which is now a hill assist button.......yay, full of confidence now!

Re: VF Series II IS HERE

The electric brake will come on at speed, abruptly at first then gradually as it is designed. All of us who went from an E to an F have found that out winding up our driver's window....
