Just read this from start to finish. Damn Chad you have been busy. It looks the goods though. Guessing your probably out driving it right now haha.

Between this and the 24 hours of Lemons you wouldn't have a huge amount of spare time haha.

the last bit of this sparks my interest... i always wondered if the paddle shift was retro-fittable. i absolutely love the flappy paddles on my wifes wagon, i need them on my own now.

    We have news.....

WOVI Done - Paperwork took longer than the actual inspection..... He was ... WOW... WOW... WOW... that's a massive amount of work.

REGISTERED........ Way better driving without a trade plate.

I have also had some success with hacking the BCM. I have the rear wiper and the rear washer working now.

I was able to isolate the security info from the eprom read from the configuration info in the BCM. I flashed a Tourer Config in with TIS then read it out of the eprom and built a file with the GTS Security and the the Tourer Config and Bingo rear washer and wiper. It has even killed the last dtc error that the trunk latch button is not connected in the BCM..... Stoked. I have no DTC's at all now.

This hasn't sorted the tap shift though as a 2015 Tourer vin config fails as the hardware is supposedly different. Not beaten yet though. I have a 2015 GTS that I can read the bcm on and probably isolate the config info but ther may be other issues. I'm looking at other option before I go down that road.

Spent most of today driving ..............and sorting out a couple of glitches. There was a can bus glitch which I traced to a loose connection in the EBCM plug and it seems to be sorted.

Have tuned her up a little as HSV Tips the fuel in and is quite conservative on the advance curve. So take 5% of fuel out and add a couple of degrees of timing or so should liven her up a little.

The last issues electronically are the EDI and the Wagon Radio images. I will sniff the bus during a radio config program and then I can just config it as a tourer and the vin link it. I have to order some hardware to do this or be borrow an elm329.

Off to bed now... I have a Lemon to wire in the morning.

Wow wow wow, indeed! My thoughts exactly. So much of this thread is so far above my rudimentary knowledge! It's so great to see people pushing the boundaries like this. Congratulations mate, that is one beautiful project.

    Re: VF GTS Wagon

Finished the window washer motor driver wiring. Worked as expected.

Modifed the rear bumper mounts to suit the modified bumper and make it completely secure. Also modded the inner guard liners to properly clear the dfilippo exhaust.

Urethaned the Side skirts that were not sitting well enough at the dog leg.

Go an awesome Birthday present from a mate as well...

When I bought the taillights is wasn't aware that the Tourer ones were different. They look much better and I put the others on the wifes car... Yellow and Red just don't go well together. I like it better

Went on road trip to Byron Bay today and took a few photos.

There is a problem with configuring the BCM and it is not a simple as I first thought. Not all the config is in the eprom. It actually loads different software. Which at this stage I cannot access. It would be so easy if I could circumvent this stupid rpo code thing but that is not what holden want you to be able to do.

I tried the seat heaters out and they weren't working which was strange as they were before. Turns out Clubsports don't have seat heaters.

I flashed in a Calais V BCM and they don't have TPMS which broke mine but Not sure if it can be reactivated/linked to the sensors in my wheels.

I have some avenues to try to activate the TPMS in a Calais V BCM but need an TPMS activator to play with it. Anyone on here work at holden in Brisbane could loan me one to play with overnight :P

So at this stage I have a choice between having :

1: rear washer/wiper and tpms and no seat heaters
2: tpms seat heaters and no rear wiper/washer.

The tap shift is not simple either. You cannot easily tap into the existing sport mode shift without building and interface box which is an ugly solution and what is currently available. I'm looking at getting a new BCM as the 2014 part supercedes to current one which means I could program the 2015 gts bcm and then change the security to suit my car. I need to confirm the wiring as I don't trust the Online stuff.

Still need to install the stereo.

A least I can Drive it.

    cheers
