2004 CV8-R Grey Monaro Boot Seal

My Uncle has the above car in his shed. Recently he found that the boot seals were leaking. The local dealer informed him, that they no longer make the boot seals for this car. Surely not. I can not find anything online, except that they may be the same as the VX Series. Any Help will be greatly appreciated.

... you have a Clark Rubber store nearby?

If so, take the Munro to the store and go look at the types of boot seal they have
(here in Melbourne the stores carry up to 5 or 6 different types.. sold per metre

    I would ask "Rare Spares"

    http://www.rarespares.net.au/rarespares/default.aspx

    &

    http://www.rarespares.net.au/rarespa...BERS+%26+SEALS

They sell all sorts, profiles & shapes of automotive rubbers by the metre, I am sure they would be able to point you in the right direction.

Have you traced the leak as to see exactly where its getting in from ,,boot may just need to be adjusted to slightly seal tighter. Holden don't have a clue easy for them to say just replace the seal
