Rav 4 Rental on 3 wheels - Only in America

I think this could *only* be possible done by a main land Chinese Lady renting a 2016 RAV 4 and pushing on after an accident.
Hell yes on three wheels at 20M/hr for at least 15 Miles until it really stops - or in her case getting pulled up by a Cop.
Yes as others have said the cops face says it all.
