    Love those two piece hat rotors, the reason I went with Harrops instead of Brembos on my VF2, great bit of gear!!

    yeah mate Im looking for a rear hump sump....ANYONE GOT ONE? once i get one ill fit it and make a bash plate like i did with the gearbox.


    Yeah i loce the rotors too I just need to find time to fit them!

    Nice work, whatever oil pan they use for a HQ - WB ls1 conversion should be the ticket then, alternatively I think some of the yank cars like F bodies and maybe Vettes have the rear pan arrangement.

    Cradle turned out mint, water pump and lines are in big as battery is in

    May be howled down for this though the problem I see it will be difficult to purge the air from the cooling system with those pipes rising above both the engine & Rad.
    perhaps a few bleed valves may help in the top of those?

    Yeah I thought about that and fitte the expansion tank above the motor in the boot.

    so i decided to freshen up the motor, lucky i did as the heads were ****ed, i got a set of 241s that look in great shape. all I need now is a rear hump sump. Any one got one??????




    almost back together I just need to adjust the hood, fit the fender flares and fuel door.

    Ok after a big weekend we have made some decent progress. I got the cradle back from powder coaters*



    I started making my raised shifter box



    I got the motor stripped down, rebearing the bottom end and fitted MLS gaskets throughout.



    started reassembly



    all finished and bolted up to the Subaru trans and fitted to the cradle



    and its in took 25mins to install





    Got the GT2 front flares fitted up



    and all in

    They should have built those things like that instead of building the 928
