Not much is being said about the "V6 Engine",....any info?..powere & torque etc, does it appear in any other GM product?

They all compete for the same market share.
It's the replacement for the Captiva which is certainly a step in the right direction but I don't think they could have gone any other way but up following the Craptiva.

Trailblazer is still a ute based SUV, like the Everest, Fortuna etc.

Same V6 as the VXR and RS-V Commodores according to drive...just different tune I guess as the figures are slightly different.

It's the 2004 3.6 V6 "Alloy Tech" engine (sound familiar to Commodore owners ???) and that will be its downfall .... Power and torque delivery over 5K - 6K RPM. with very poor fuel consumption by modern standards.
Sadly it is no match in either power delivery down low or fuel economy to the Mazda CX-9.
But as usual Holden marketing are putting spin on it "Premium engine" guess it was for 2004, but hang on girlfriend in marketing it is now 2018!

It is unfortunate for the Holden dealer network as it is just another dressed up turd muffin and the general public are on to it.

In the land of marketing --- here is a deep thought.
"Crap screams vs quality is mute" a you tubing photographer said.

I let you decide which one Holden is marketing currently doing. ;-)

I swear they are doing the best to take the piss out of us in traditional Australian style.

Is it me or are the interior seeming to get a lot harder looking plastics inside again, funny the VF went so far forward in the interior department but now everything coming out looks so backwards, I know this is a different model line, but still the interior looks damn cheap and nasty to me

Another fail, fug styling and cheap interior finishes. Already looks dated and not even on sale here yet! You must applaud GM for being able to make Toyota's look inspiring and modern.

Pretty hard to tell the quality of something based on pics. Think some of the comments are pretty harsh seen as no one has actually sat in one let alone driven one.

We had one for over five years as second car only one very minor problem under warranty, but a solid little vehicle.
