We actually got pulled up one night by the guy that put it down the line and had to wait 6 months for delivery because he had to wait for the paint shop to put it through as a special. Should have put it in a shed rather than passing it on for pittance.
Oh the joy we had in that car, it was a freak and with the 14’s on would pull 100kph in 1st gear (well over 7000rpm) and did it well under 5 seconds. Ran flat 12’s and did the best burnouts I’ve ever seen.
My mate wasn’t the most “civil” on the roads so when he was “between” licenses I was his driver, oh boy, what a car…
