I ain't no Corvette expert, but are those exhausts "right", & the car seems to be sitting a bit high at the rear?

Yes those droopy exhausts are in the factory position

but they did not have chrome tips from the factory, someone has added them.

The height looks about standard to me but I think the angle the picture was taken from might make it look a bit higher than normal.
