I have watched the movie heaps of times, slowed it down frame by frame
& in a couple of frames you can actually read the Camaro script badge.

"Plaudits"?...You'll DEFINITELY get them from me. The original 1971 version of "Vanishing Point" starring Barry Newman (Petrocelli!) is an absolute classic, & created quite a sensation when it was released. All of my "car" friends loved it. I've got the DVD, and I've also got the DVD of the remake, which wasn't a patch on the original.
A really great movie.
