long story but the short version is -
my youngest brother ... sans wife and now wedding certificate (the decree has come thru ! )
has for his 60th and on the back of his Ancestry DNA result gone to find his roots in Scotland

Mine of course are the same... 46% Scottish allied with 4% Norwegian and now? he is currently getting more sozzled
as he drinks better and better whiskys as he continues northwards from Glasgow but does have time for a pic

got this earlier today too.... tasting samples. Free... but the 25 year old version, you gotta pay for !

me? I have been a fan of the Cragganmore distillery for quite some time (there is a 15 yo in the drinks cupboard now)

Hey Smitty, here is a picture of some of the malts & whiskies I got from my dear old dad when he passed away.

I don't really know what to do with them, I have looked online & some are worth quite big dollars,
I don't want to sell them but I would not feel right drinking a $3,000 bottle of malt either.
