Yeah the 6.3 litre was quite a special car back in it's day, a mate of mine had one same silver for many years
but as it got older it had lots of things going wrong with it & it was very expensive to repair so he sold it about 12 years ago.

spent more time in the workshop than on the road ...

he used to dribble, talk drivel about how bewdiful it was ... how great it was!

Yes, the 300SEL 6.3 was pretty special. Reg Hunt had a white one, & said it cost more to maintain than his light aircraft,...it was sold some time ago.

My mate Graham's worst problems were when all the suspension started leaking its fluid from everywhere.
