    .. no-one hurt, drivers ego is!

    a case of more dollars than driving skills (and sense!)
    reported that the driver paid more than $250,000 a few weeks ago

    They don't seem to be flagging the older cars on WOVR, quite often owners get a payout and salvage rights

    then magic happens behind closed doors & the cars are back on the road again.

    Have seen some terrible wrecks return to the streets over recent years, one example that many people would know is Eric Bana's "Beast."

    Another is Peter Brock's Daytona.

    1. I would be surprised if it was actually insured.
    2. if it was it looks like he was severly intoxicated so wouldn't be covered.

    Personal opinion , hopefully it isn't a stat write-off , even though I am more in the Holden camp , it would be a shame to see it written off.
