Is noone thinking about the mechanical steering lock???

Surely, if starting without the key, and doing it very quickly would be debunked by this alone... I mean, sh*t, the amount of times I need to jiggle the wheel to turn the ignition are mind boggling!

Wife's VZ had ignition barrel issues and I got around the steering lock and the need for a key. Sure VE is I assume more advanced in that area as well but the point being where there is a will there is a way.
