    Gidday,

96 YZF1000R; Full exhaust with appropriate jetting. Removal of the Exup leaves it a little sluggish off the line, but from 180km/h onwards she's a ripper. (Speeds indicated only performed at racedays on circuits).

    Stay upright !!

Smile Re: Show and Tell: What bike do you ride??

In the beginning, there was a B40-it was junk, but it went a while. Then there was an R60/2-heaven on earth if ever such a thing, a Bridgestone 50, a C77, a Piaggo 3 wheeler, an ST90, a C90, an XT250, a GN250, an XR75k4, another XT250, a Z200, a DT175, a 3rd XT250 and 2 SR250's & a K100. Current stock; 1 XT250 '81 and 1 SR 250 '80, plus 1 more of each similar on hold for a friend, and the K100 for my interstate brother. I would have bought many of the last 6 yrs cheapest bikes in the free paper, all << $400-, and almost all of them salvable and made going for a small profit. The last SR cost $100- + 3 hrs fiddling + $15-parts and fuel for it, and 2 hrs travel to collect it. It runs well, the top end is a recent rebuild, and it needs just tyres, battery, rego, mirrors and some decent handlebars. The OEM exhaust is still near perfect, and it's 27 yrs old!!!!!!! It will do me well for a long time, as I have a shedfull of parts and can make electronic ignitions as needed. The Lord is kind.

Re: Show and Tell: What bike do you ride??

    Hiya guys,

Have had this since Anzac Day! She's a 2007 Kwaka ZX14 Ninja. Has Yoshi cans, oggies, "Brock" lowering kit with front tie down strap and rear sprocket! I also put a 200tyre on the rear which replaced the 190 as took it to the drags and the professional photographer was there so I ended up smoking the whole tyre just for bloody photos!! It was worth it, as the photos came out great!! Just ordered a heap of "blingy" bits incl chrome mirrors, bubble screen, adjustable kick stand and front and rear braided brake lines from 58Cycle in the USA. Will post more pics once the accesories are on

I just picked myself up a Hyosung GV-650 Aquilia.

I must say for the oney I am most impressed. Got more power at rear wheel than a 1450cc Harley and only a little less torque

for $8500 On road (did a deal....) I am extremely pleased!

Not taken any photos bu thtis one is identical

Re: Show and Tell: What bike do you ride??

    ZX900r 98,

Full Megacycle race system,Factory ignition advance kit,Braided lines,re-jetted and played with carbs,Racetech springs and gold valves and Headstock modification setup by Terry Hay,Pyramid rear hugger & undertray,Rearsets and last but not least a seat gripper so the occasional pillion has half a chance of staying on.

Considering it's nearly 10 years old now(had it since new) it still keeps up easily with new R1's and GSXR's and thats with my 6'4' 160kg carcass onboard.
I'll post some pics after I give it a wash as it is disgusting at the moment.

new R1 makes 156HP atrw new GSXR1000 makes 165HP atrw Id say you have met a few riders who you are way better than , a good gsxr rider should be faster in a straight line and round bends if he can ride OK
