Thanks again everyone! I'll be at Chev's at some stage tomorrow, probably around lunchtime, but have to be in Dandy at 2.30pm to have the hardlid fitted.

    Sounds cool!

Can you tell me what this type of system cost, I got a quote to put an x-forces style system with 2 remote controlled Varex on my VZ maloo for $4500, i thought this was a little high?

See http://www.kpmauto.com/tabid/100/Default.aspx for VE prices, http://www.kpmauto.com/tabid/155/Default.aspx for VT-VZ. At the higher end of the market but awesome quality and sound, on VE at least (have never heard one on pre VE).

That sounds way over the top for XForce price, even with Varex. I'm sure I've heard guys talking high 2k or about 3k for a full XForce system with Varex on VE. Probably not stainless but I'd be very hesitant to pay almost 5k for an XForce system.......

    Re: The WonkyUte (SSV)

My $1299 hardlid was fitted today (no actuators yet so can't go anywhere unless someone is at other end to lift it as too heavy for me). Looks good to me but time will tell I guess.

OTR also arrived today - looks great!!

    Hi Stu,

No, not yet.... A couple of times I have done something that I thought would have scraped the exhaust on the sedan but didn't on this. It's quite well designed and Big Rob got it tucked up quite well.
