OK, some pics. Firstly the Dus OTR which not only looks good but seems to work very well!! Underbonnet should look even better with the painted engine covers which should be ready tomorrow (fingers crossed!).

Big Rob's heater hose re-route which as you can see from the above pics really neatens up the engine bay.

Bloody fantastic result there GAZMAN.... would not expect anything less coming from the Chevs stable.... When do we(I) get to take this beast down the quarter.....mile

The whole set up inside and out looks just fantastic mate...I bet that exhaust lets out an almighty growl now...

My vote for KPM being the best sounding VE exhaust on the Market....

Yeh...the Dus OTR looks great and also works really well on the 10K I have driven with mine.

It really sucks that air into the motor.

Gary to look different and to get rid of the horrible chrome oval badge on the grille did you ever think about painting the whole grille including badge white to match everything else or you reckon its just to much white ?
    Certaintly look different !!

Under the lip above the number plate I think. I found a pic of one mounted there through the Car Audio section and it looked OK. It's ages since I looked at it but will try to find it later and link to it.

    Hi Paul,

Nice! What cam? Diff not in yet as made the mistake years ago on my VZ SS of doing a tune and diff together so could never be sure how much of the improvement in the way the car drove was due to each. I'll probably get the diff put in in about a month to give me a chance to get used to the tune. I'm sure the 3.45 diff will give it another good kick in the ar$e for cruising etc flexibility, even if it does tend to make 1st too short. I want it for overtaking etc, not standing starts.

    Mike,

Thanks for putting me onto the Dus OTR! I'm rapt with both the look and how it performs!! I don't think I'd go as far as painting the whole grille white but until IJUSWANWON has time to come up with an alternative badge for the grille I might just have the badge itself painted white!

    Re: The WonkyUte (SSV)

Now have wiring run for the actuators plus reversing camera and while they were at it I got them to run quite a few spare 4mm wires to take care of any future needs. No harm in having too many while we're at it! Reversing camera hopefully will be finally fitted to the tailgate and connected up at that end on Saturday. All the cabin end is done including the Aux-In kit from Adrian at No Limit Electronics (sponsor).

    Re: The WonkyUte (SSV)

Wouldnt these actuators be dearer than hiring a full time chaffeur (like mike)
Good to see you finally getting the ball rolling wonks im sure you will have much more independence again once you can get your walker out of the back yourself.
    Credit to ya mate,

    Andy.
