Installed Mal Wood's remote clutch bleed setup, dead easy fitment, took me about 15 minutes and that was with me being super fussy with small amounts of teflon tape on fittings etc.

I held the factory bleeder up to show where it was, this is virtually impossible to get at in the VN transmission tunnel I believe...

Also have removed most of the air con gear (still under dash stuff to go but I'm getting there)...

And the dash is out, making way for the mulberry one when I can get un-scared enough to go and do it.

    Fun!

No colour coding will occur, eventually they will be painted jet black, with the sill panels done to match, factory VN style. Grandpa, under-the-radar while very clean/neat look with 300rwkw is the aim.

Yah heard this from a mate also, he had a receipt for $161 full price for the same item, genuine GM. Seems bullshit how they can jack the price whenever and however much they like just for no reason.

Hit a hiccup, need to get the spigot bush out. Not as easy as it sounds.

spigot bush - is that near the throw out bearing in the gear box?
not to hard if the gearbox is out was my understanding...

btw mate, be a ripper when it's done - i wanted to do something like this with my old calais but went the qikmik route and blew that up so got sick of it, saved and went the SSV instead!

ironically, one of the main reasons was the creaky old VN noises were starting to piss me off and now the bloody VE has picked a couple up!

always great to see people doing it a bit differently though!
