mine was making 436rwkw(585rwhp) at the time when it was last on the strip, i had a race weight of 1850kg, my 134mph was spot on but the 2.0+ 60ft were disgraceful, i was only running old circuit semi slicks.
I never had a chance to see the potential of mine due to friggin head gasket issues and its been off the road for 11 months now, but my block and rotating assembly will be ready to pick up next week after a freshen up.

Got to get the motor back together than ill run here up again and hopefully it will hold the boost now, im hoping to get down to wsid again to see if i can grab some more speed out of it. Ill probably sell it shortly as im well and truly over it now.
Hopefully we can catch up some time, i havent been down to russo's for awhile now so i dont get to see the gang much.

talkin about holding boost thought it felt a little lazy when craig from craigs autos took me for a spin and when i drove it from there to russo with t400 installed wouldnt hold boost russo found the intercooler had been bent back breaking brackets and putting two holes in intercooler explains why they could only get 8psi of boost out of it definantly from one of three drag on tilt tray trips with blown a4 !!!!!cheers

my drivers side head gasket was leaking, which was forcing leaks in the cooling system due to the boost, i fix'd enough leaks that it finally blew the radiator up which then cooked the motor hence the rebuild.

hi got the beast back from russo today on c16 19psi of boost made 796.5rwhp 594rwkw made similar power on pump fuel 12.5psi of boost 463rwkw with t400 auto compared to 471.5 with 4l60e felt very strong on drive home !!!!awesome!!!cheers get dyno video up soon!!!

sure is mate on way home buzzed it on rev limiter big time in second gear have to get used to manual shift then take it to the track!!!!

hi just put all console back in around b@m pro ratchet shifter with t/brake came up not too bad relocated trac control button looks a little odd!!!! all good!!!!

Awesome power! You can change your cluster surround plastic to one with a foglight and move the traction control button there. The loom reaches, just needs to be unwrapped

Thats is what im going to do with the gto, i hate the look of the manual boot on an auto shifter

hi ran the wagon at wsid tonight for a new pb drove on pump u98 to and from track as is 20s on front et streets on rear first run with new manual t400 ran 10.7 then 10.6 then 10.5 then new pb 10.21@ 134.40 mph 1.56 60ft then went 10.9@ 115 hose clamp at t/body let go then went 10.51 @ 133.8mph 1.67 60ft great night and drove home perfect got some inboard video also !!!cheers
