Its a tops car mate, adding the turbos is just making it better.
Thanks mate, if it aint pinging...

Your thread was a good read regarding Turbo sizing, I think we have been reading the same websites. Worst case scenario if it doesn't make power I'll pull the cam out and flick through the Lingenfelter Turbo spec camshaft catalogue

Everything is at mates place atm as he his making various intake piping out of s/s for me, I will try and get over there this week to take some photos of the intercooler, fuel system, etc.

    Cheers,

Nice looking SS mate - any updates with the Turbo install, curious to know how you went with the cam.

    Thanks mate,

The Turbo's are being built at Rotomaster as we speak so not long to go now

The rear housings on the Turbo's are custom cast 1.00A/R with T25 flanges which I have had HPC coated black to keep the heat in

The larger rear housings should hopefully compensate for any overlap the cam produces and still make good power at 10-12psi

Once finished, they will be rated at 500hp each so more than enough airflow for my application

What does concern me however is the delivery as previously mentioned. Heads/Cam & 3.9s, plus Turbo's...It should do a pretty good skid lol

I took some pics over the weekend so I'll post them up when I get the chance

    Cheers,

    Millsy

I had very similar mods to yours Heads/ NA Cam & 3.9s - I then bolted on a ASE Kit with the T51R Garrett and now its a handful. Only running 8psi and made 360rwkw up from 300rwkw NA but my cam and exhaust are holding it back. Its a bit laggy up to say 2700rpm but when it comes on it comes on hard as fk. Your guna love it with the twins.

Good luck with it all - tuff car just getting tuffer!

    Change to 3.45 diff gears,
they seem to be the go with turbo setup cars,

i run them and love it, really gets the turbo loaded up and just lets it pull hard

Was thinking about it Jase. How does the car drive with a nice sized cam and low diff gears thought? I think it would be awesome on boost, but sh*t house off it

Still waiting on turbo's from Rotomaster/AVO

    Cheers,

    Millsy

Drive's fine mate, almost like stock really, the turbo settles the aggressiveness of the cam i reckon,

    This man knows.

Millsy i hardly noticed when I went from 3.9s back to 3.46s - still plenty of bottom end, you can just wind first out more and allows it to build more boost before hitting the limiter.

You are welcome to drive mine even though its only a single.
    Wagon with boost....
