Looks about 100mm .... VE is about 3 times that distance.
Agreed, there are some MAJOR sheetmetal changes if that's legit. I can't see how they'd do it though? The engine is already pushed so far back in the VE that can't just go and move the cabin forward? The doors don't look any larger, it's like the whole cabin has been moved forward 100mm

Looks can be quite deceiving in photos so we'll just have to wait until the official release, they had to fix the 'A' pillars, it was a pet hate of everyones and quite a dangerous blind spot.
Unlike Ford who keep failing to address the shite seating position Holden have clearly listened and done something about it!

Funny how this is forgotten and not known by many..... Holden were given a made car and told to make it work for Australia, they did and called it a VB, VC, VH, VK, VL, VN, VR, VS, VT, VX, VY & VZ.

Imagine if they released a HSV badged Lotus Carlton

Agree, but then again, the VE pictured is lowered and has side skirts. Hard to compare. I guess it'll depend on the final product and also the interior quality as to whether I trade the E1 Maloo in for a VF Maloo (or whatever ute) or pick up an E3, or just stay with the E1
Actually, flow aside, it seems to have strange looking proportions

Yeah, the bonnet looks sky high, makes the car look like a 4WD. Maybe that's the plan to reclaim sales from SUV buyers...

still stretched too much. Is that a trick of the light or is that a huge rear wheel arch.
