VY LS1 Squealing/Screeching coming from motor *Not the belts or pulleys*

yeah, that why the dot dot dot ,
but if would have a natural hot to cold flow, there's probably a word for it, whether this would turn the water pump or make it rattle like it's bearings gone :/ i dunno

Well i have found the stupid problem and good news is its nothing serious.

Harmonic balancer was rubbing on the metal bracket which protects the wiring loom which runs under there.
Will post a photo up a bit later of it.

Have had the idler pulleys for the serpentine belt squeal with all sort of pitches as they go?

Leaned in with a syringe fill of grease, eased the needle through the rubber seal on the angle and managed to squirt some fresh grease in which stopped it

for quite some time, fitted new bearing not long after that before it could come back.
