As much as I would love to announce that the new Heartbeat was ready to rock right now, the fact of the matter is that it is not.

Heartbeat Corvette has only just been released in the USA (this entails dedicated tooling and machine use which in turn delays manufacture of other variations), with VE now on the agenda for completion. However for this to happen we need to continue endurance testing with some additional units that we expect to arrive in the next week. Please understand that these are for dyno and rigorous back road testing purposes, not general sale. Once we sign off it is anticipated that manufacture will kick off in another 5-6 weeks meaning that the likelihoods for release will be something like July or perhaps August.

While waiting we will turn our attention to developing the Camaro fitting kit.

We are concerned that the wait is quite long and for this we apologize. All we can say is that we believe the new Heartbeat Supercharger will be worth the wait.

    Sounds good Greg.

Do you have any torque figures from your testing?

    Cheers.

    Awesome torque curve Greg.
As you said in a previous post, there may be a little delay (in release of this item), "but it will be worth the wait".
    I'm sure it will be.
    Cheers, Pickles.

saw the graph and literally yelled "holy shit"

then read a bit more, heads, cam, e85... makes sense. Good stuff, that's torque curve is making me all giddy.

Looking forward to the production details/pricing.

So how does this unit compare to harrops new FDFI unit?

Another month down, is there any expected price on these yet?

Any idea on release date yet?

Anticipated release date is July with a price around $11,995 installed and tuned - inclusive of customer choice of VCM Matched injectors, all new Magnuson specific OTR, and 2.5 Bar Map sensor. In other words a hamburger with the lot and no needed toppings.

Boost on the white GTS was 11 psi.

Are they only available in the 2300 sizing or will there be bigger/smaller models?

We expect a figure of just under $10k. Not 100% sure how much under at this stage.

Size wise, the Heartbeat is strictly 2300 offering low enough boost to work efficiently on a stock 6-litre, or as required on a tough stroker.

be interested to see how it's priced, I'd love myself a new FDFI 2300 though.
Someone told me yesterday that these will be available also for the old ls1 in Australia before the end of this year
