Private Message mailbox size increased for all users

In response to the many user requests, Sidey (the forum owner) has approved and implemented a decent increase to the storage size of PM mailboxes for all forum users.

The new mailbox sizes are as follows:

Registered Users: 100 messages (up from 20)
Validated Users: 250 messages (up from 80)


Should make things a little easier for everyone to manage their messages now.
