No doubt you'll have a smile on your face anyway ...
Yeah trust me I looked at it from all angles and didnt make the decision lightly, and in my personal situation this works best.... But I modelled ALL my other business, stocks, SMSF comings and goings both now and on 10 plus year projections, and this was simply the better option this time around.

i also follow a base plan of not buying stocks, even bank stocks when the market is essentially at a peak... i would rather lose the potential 7% after imputation for a year or 2 than take a potential massive hit to total value, and keep my cash sitting ready when the lemmings start jumping over the cliff later... But thats just me and I have more than one egg in my many baskets and the cash I have in the car can be accessed at 30 seconds notice due to my flexible finance set up

    Sorry off topic... Again

I was advised yesterday, manual GTS no options, big wing, $101,000 with a late February delivery.

could be interesting, the GTS won't be allowed to win, but ........
HSV GTS v HRT V8 Supercar - at Mount Panorama:Keep an eye out on Channel 7 this arvo for the Bathurst shootout with
a twist between a V8 Supercar and the new HSV GTS - with an older GTS thrown in for good measure.
James Courtney, Greg Murphy and Garth Tander were the drivers in a handicap race around the mountain.
They told Drive the new GTS was hitting 280km/h down the straight (the car had its speed limiter removed but was otherwise standard), which is only 10km/h slower than the HRT race car.
And the lap time was only about 15 seconds slower.
The mini HSV v HRT race will be telecast on Channel 7 today just prior to the running of the top 10 shootout.

Would be interesting even more if the GTS had the same tyres as the race car because the laptime would pick up considerably.

Never realised how much bigger the F is compared to the X

Ditto on rubber, I think the F would have been a LOT closer, damn impressive for a road car

Yea make the race car use the GTS rubber and the GTS the race car rubber. Probably get within 5s a lap

Seriously? I was thinking they must have thrown extra mufflers in the GTS .. sounded VERY ordinary and weirdly quiet.
