I've had no issues with the collision alert, only sometime it picks up a car pulling on to the lane next to me from a side street. Only thing I question with it is when it goes amber even at maximum distance your well and truly tailgating

I was going around a left hand curved road today and an oncoming vehicle triggered the collision alert. Hopefully they can fine tune it in the future.
It must not have detected that I was still in my lane and the other vehicle in theirs.

Thank God it doesn't apply the brakes as some systems do! Maybe the next generation will when they've used all you guys as test bunnies!

Been discussed in another thread, I emailed Holden about it, it's hooked up to the esc so in case you do need to use it it will bring you to a safe stop. Glad that wasn't over looked

My SSV seems to be setup the same with bass only from rear shelf speakers. Would love to hear what the audiophiles comments on the VF setup is???

The system does sound pretty good to me though!

Well my drivers door speaker problem is now fixed, turns out it was never connected from the factory. Also received the now mandatory HVAC update,
so hopefully it doesnt create any problems as it was fine before hand. I opted for an oil change even though the utes just clicked over 1100km. Was looked
after well in that regard, paid for parts only so wallets only $100 lighter.

    overall good experience.

My wife asked the dealer about the hvac update, to which she was informed that you will be notified by mail if the car needs a software update, which I find kinda odd, what he couldn't answer was if the car was already up to date

I just checked mine and assuming the top version in the menu is the latest, and it should be as the numbers to the left seem to be climbing.
Todays update included 11 updates in total finishing with this one 23172127 version E2.0E.13.30 .

D_Block how do you bring up this info? Would be interested to see what my car says.

    Thanks,

    Re: VF Commodore/HSV Owner's Problems & Complaints

I tested the electric handbrake today at speed. It comes on locks the rears for a fraction of second and then comes off and a message appears on the small screen. Not sure what it says though forgot to pay attention to it. Ill test a slowish speed hand brake turn tomorrow it may work on dirt but not sure if it will on bitumen. Closed road always lol.

Has anyone had success with their seat moving around when contouring? Going to raise it at the 3k check along with the A/C, rough idle and drivers tail light having something loose in it.
