Because its missing a gear
I reckon he forgot to put a 1 or a 2 before the 8000...
Even at 18000 would be a good price though (IMO).
Doesnt look like a misprint, same car on Tradingpost for $8300

What about the HR Premier above it ??
OP why dont you go and check if it is for real ?
Anyone ring the number? Sounds to good to be true.
I didnt. Was not interested in that way, was just amazed at the cheap price. It has not been advertised in the papers since the about start of last week.
My guess its a typo cheapest on Carsales is $14800 @ 285000klm
options are....
1. miss print but unlikely if posted on 2 sites
2. flood damaged car or a total lemon
3. some sort of legal settlement............i knew of a lady who sold her $50,000 mercedes (husband had bought it for her) for $10,000......because she resented her husband, hated the car as a result and car was not therefore included in her part of the asset pool.......meaning husband owed her more in the settlement !!
not so cheap Monaro http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Holden-HT...51359198348%26
But which number to call?

At least this person has it listed in the right state to match the number plates
Very likely to be a scam and there is no car for sale, I have seen a few like this when a car is advertised way too cheap,
they tell you you can't get to look at the car but they will send it to you after you have paid the money by Western Union or something else.
Here is another thread from a couple of years ago.
