Can someone please tell me if this is a real HQ Monaro.

I am wanting to buy it but I'm unsure if it's real.

Should be a HQ GTS 4 door Monaro sedan. Built between 01/09/1974 and 30/08/1975 at the Adelaide plant.

308 hi comp, 2.54:1 'high performance' 4 speed, 3.36:1 Salisbury diff.

Sunburst Metallic exterior, black interior.

Nice work! And the HJ came out in late 1974, so if the earliest this car was built was 01/09/74 then it would have been one of the last down the line.

No problems. The 'E' in 8Q69TEL284872Q gives the build dates, the same decoding is used for late HQ through to WB if Im not mistaken which is why these dates go into the HJ.

So she should be one of the last. Should maybe look something like THIS
