Im getting a Manta catback Hotdog centre/Muffler to muffler rears, I am installing it myself. Mild steel, on speaking to Manta, there aluminized catback runs the same mufflers with stainless inner core as the stainless version, reckon sound is exact same maybe a tad deeper than s/s. The s/s has a 10 yr warranty and they m/s 2 yr, the 4'' quad tips will already be welded on muffler, so just a bolt on.

I honestly hope you like what you get buddy,
after reading some of your posts it sounds like you have not been happy with a number of the combinations you have picked in the past.

I bolted on manta 3" catback with 4" tips today, fitment was perfect, very very happy with sound and no drone. Running hotdog centre with mufflers rears. Will sound even better with some carbon

About time you picked a decent exhaust
Manta have nailed it I reckon. Excellent sound, no drone and always fit perfect.

Re: 3'' DPE vs KPM 3'' System

When I was first looking at catbacks to put on my Calais I was down to either Manta or Hurricane as well priced options. I ended up going for the Hurricane, biggest mistake I ever made, poor fitment and sounded like shite. I always wonder if I had gone the Manta whether I would have been satisfied. Ended up giving up the online shopping and guessing game and dropped the car at ET for the big dollar Streetfighter system. Still have the Hurricane 1 7/8 headers though, and they are fine.

    7 series xforce catback

Anyone heard or can comment on the sound and performance over the regular VE VF xforce catbacks, looks like a revised x pipe merge and no middle muffler except hotdogs.
    Cheers

You don't need to start another thread on exhausts so I have just merged this for you.
