Chad, mate...what a great job you did. Read every word, appreciated every word, loved every pic - wish there was more.

You built the perfect car for me. I love wagons (my daily is a VX Wagon) and I used to own a yellow and black HQ GTS. When I see your car it makes me want to build and own one. Even if it is a replica of yours. Let's say I won the lottery tonight, what do you think it would cost (at least) for a competent workshop to build this car? Haha, the faux-purists will be squirming even more at the thought of people doing replicas of YOUR car. My opinion is that you saved (rebodied?) a poor fallen GTS whose heart and spirit now lives on instead of being dishonourably dismembers and lost forever. Not that you need or care for our opinions but you did the absolute right thing and the purists should be thanking you, welcoming you and give give you a freaking commemorative plaque for "Outstanding Services To GTS"!

I would love to hear an update. How's the owning/driving experience been? Any tweaks or updates to share? Would love some clean chest height 3/4 front and 3/4 rear shots for my computer wallpaper if you ever get a chance. Your car needs to be photographed professionally. Also, if you ever decide to sell it please consider posting in here. You never know.

I've read both this and the Katie Wagon build log a few times now Cobalt. Twice now, you have done what Holden should have done to the wagons!!

Please accept my apologies for all the photos going away.... Photobucket where I have hosted my photos for years have now decided to charge $400USD a year for 3rd party hosting........

and they can get stuffed........ Considering what streaming services charge for what they provide this is extortion.

I', hoping I can get access to the forum and move the photo to some other host and get it redirected..... Will see ho we go.

Is sidewinder still the admin or if a mod could message me about sorting this that would be great.....

I was using photobucket for cloud backup of images. I have stopped doing that as I use onedrive now.

It was just easy to copy the links and use them.....

Oh Well we should be able to resolve this with a mods assistance.

Photobucket is dead to me know ... FFS 40USD a month you can get an entire virtual server for less...... Ridiculous

re the pics, I hear ya... PB pissed me off big time , got an email
no more linking unless you pay USD$49.99 PER MONTH (USD $600 a year ! )
so
I grabbed all my files from the PB site (they d/load as a zip) and closed my account
Phark 'em.... they will get nothing from me!

currently looking at Flickr and a few other free hosting sites .. to load them up

Imgur is free. Flickr is yahoo. Wouldn't touch a yahoo/Verizon product. Likely to have it happen again.
