    Dropped from the $285K's only a couple of months back when there were 6 for sale last time I looked, now 17 for sale with the lowest @ $232K...

    The usual Dreamers @ $300K...

    Prices definitely will still continue, to fall for quite some time...

I laugh when I hear the W1s are all sold. No, not really, they've been sold to DPs and the like and now up for resale. An economic downturn will dramatically improve price and supply, bit like with the VL Walky, trying to shift the 501st-750th in the face of a recession didn't go well.
