betcha .... it does NOT run 15psi in the tyres

one BIG promise from PGB and the mysterious Bowker was that the magical
mystery polarizer box would allow your veeheekle to run superbly and handle like it was
on rails with VERY low tyre pressures (no more than 17 psi please, preferably 15 psi)

Yeah, I always thought PB was a smart guy but I still can't understand why he didn't back down with that idea.
