I think money is safe in anything like that Martin,

much better than losing tens of thousands on a new car.

No government stamp duty, very cheap registration and comprehensive insurance on classic, historic cars.
(my Vette only costs me about $85 for reg & $220 a year insurance)

Go buy one, you can't take any of your money with you when you die, enjoy!
