    yeah deliberate by the seller in ignore the pic that attracted buyers
    and NOT send them what they (think) was paid for.

    geeez, just HATE carns like that

    Thanks Smitty and yes was a good outcome, but I wonder how many just give up. On a brighter note, not every vendor out there has turned into a kent. We recently decided to update our 2009 Golf head unit with a more modern touch screen with android and apple car play, kids have been harassing me for ages so they can use their phones etc. Well after a bit of quick research I reached out to mob called CJ Industries for what looked like a pretty modern and easy plug and play replacement. I sent an email at 10pm at night asking if one of their products was suitable for our model and I shit you not before I could put the phone down I got an answer asking for model, year etc. Sent that back expecting to hear back later and within 2 minutes I have a link to the correct head unit and patch cables etc. So I though bugger it, at that price I will purchase it. Anyway, 3 days later I get another email saying it has been shipped and any issues email us and we will sort and also a link to their website with tutorials on fitting. Anyway myself and son tried to install it this morning and found what we thought was wrongly supplied patch harness. I took photos and sent them to the guy I had been chatting too and once again he answers me in about 3 minutes and says sorry we sent the wrong harness adaptor that is for car with built in maps and navigation, we will express new harness straight away. So, we got a practice run at installing it and these guys are bending over backwards to make our experience pain free. Very impressed.
